Cancellation Policy
There is a no cancellation policy as orders begin processing immediately.
Processing Times
All items are made to order and the processing time is approximately 2-7 business days before shipping. Orders will be shipped and delivered to the address provided on your Etsy Order Invoice. Buyer is fully responsible if incorrect and/or insufficient shipping address is provided on the invoice.
Standard shipping times are as follows: United States 2-5 business days; Canada 10-30 business days; International 10-30 business days.
**Holiday Ordering Deadlines**
To ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, orders should be placed by December 1. International: Although items may arrive on time after November 25, it is recommended you order a month prior to the holiday.
Returns
Returns are only acceptable in the case of a misprint or damaged item. Return items must be approved by AbbyCatGifts. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
Unfortunately breaks can happen in transit. If this occurs please send me a message with your order number and pictures of the break and I will send a replacement.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If there is an issue with your item message me immediately.

Our print providers will be working hard to process all orders and ship them out efficiently. Dates are for estimated delivery before December 25, but not a guarantee. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time and other conditions.
